We will replace products on a case-by-case basis only, but cannot accept returns. Products that are defective due to defects in packaging and/or order fulfillment mistakes may be considered by Taunton Bay Soap Company for a full or partial refund, or replacement of product. Full or partial refund, or replacement of product is not guaranteed. Full or partial refund, or replacement of product is determined by the owners and operators of Taunton Bay Soap Company, and you must request your  or full or partial refund or replacement within 10 business days of shipping date. By placing an order with Taunton Bay Soap Company, you acknowledge these refund and return of product terms.
