 Welcome to our holiday giveaway of 2025! This is our final planned monthly giveaway at this time*, & we wanted to go out with a real POP, so we're randomly choosing double the winners we normally do - yes FOUR winners - to receive their choice of $25 in store credit, or a curated holiday "gift box" with a mix of goodies from Taunton Bay, worth up to $50 in retail value. 

 All you have to do is visit our giveaway posts on various social media platforms & leave us a comment answering this question:

 You will find our posts on TikTok, X (previously Twitter), LinkedIn, & possibly other places across the internet where the community gathers - and yes, you can comment on any or all of them 😉 Please read the rules below carefully before entering & contact us with any questions or concerns.

Rules For The Giveaway

 📜 RULES for our 2025 Holiday Giveaway are as follows:

 Must be 21 years of age or older and live in a legal area of the United States to enter. No purchase necessary, not sponsored by any social media platform, including (but not limited to) Meta, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Discord, or anywhere else we may post this to. Only sponsored by us at Taunton Bay Tea & Soap Company. Giveaway is open from whenever we post this on Thursday, December 4 (12/4/25) until Sunday, December 7 (12/7/25) at 11:59 PM p.m. PST. 

Winners & Entries

 We will choose four (4) lucky winners at random on Monday, December 8. We will contact winners via whatever social media platform your comment/reply is drawn from, so please keep an eye on your inbox(es). You may enter by commenting on any or all of the posts that are associated with this giveaway. We will draw our 4 winners from those combined “comment sections”. (So yes, you may leave multiple comments for multiple chances!) 

For a chance to win you must reply in the comments by answering the question above (also stated in our posts), which is your “holiday wish” for this giveaway. Feel free to reply with text, pictures, or GIFs. They will all be valid entries.

Prizes

 Each lucky winner has a chance to receive either a curated holiday gift box from Taunton Bay (of various retail values $25+) or a $25 store credit for a phone order. If you’re chosen as a winner, we will ask for the necessary personal information to facilitate which ever choice you make for your prize. For store credit on a phone order, we’ll need your full name & email so we can note you as a winner in the system. For a gift box, we’ll need your shipping information & product preferences. 

 Winners must respond to our messages within five (5) business days. If we have not received a response within that timeframe, we will redraw another winner in your place.

 To send your information to us, we would prefer for security purposes that you email Bekkah directly at the webmaster (at) tauntonbaysoapcompany.com email, but we will also be happy to take your information via private message.

 Disqualifications

 You will be immediately disqualified from our giveaway and potentially blocked from all future Taunton Bay giveaways, and your entry invalidated, if we believe you are misrepresenting yourself in any way.

 This includes using any type of software, plugins, or programs meant to increase your chances of winning our giveaways, such as (but not limited to) "spam bots", or "artificial intelligence" (AI) to engage in our giveaway in any way. This goes for all Taunton Bay Tea & Soap Co. giveaways.

 If we judge your actions as purposeful, malicious, or heinous, we reserve the right to block any person (and any accounts associated with said individual) from our social media pages and our website. We may also report your actions to authorities, when appropriate. 

 Individual human entries only. No corporations, companies, organizations, or business entities may enter our giveaways. 

 As the hosts of this giveaway, Taunton Bay Tea & Soap Company, it's owners and operators, we reserve the right to disqualify any entry at any time for any reason.  

Proof Of Identity & Forfeitures

 Due to our age restrictions, if we think that you are under 21 years of age, we reserve the right to request proof of age & identity. If you enter the giveaway & live outside the United States or within the United States that is not in a legal shipping area, we will be required to invalidate your entry & choose another winner. 

 It is your right to refuse such proof of identity and we respect that. But if you refuse our request, we also reserve the right to disqualify you from this giveaway and any future giveaways, and will randomly select another winner to take your place. We will not knowingly break the law to ship products to anyone under 21 years of age, or to a place where we would be going against local, state, and/or federal regulations.

*This is, sadly, our last planned monthly giveaway after over 2 years of doing giveaways on the first Thursday of every month. We're very sorry that this has come as an abrupt decision. It is due to both the unfortunate restrictions being imposed on our community on many social media platforms, as well as the (growing) enormous amount of fake, invalid, and spam entries we receive with each giveaway. 

 We are actively searching for alternatives to continue our giveaways in the future. When we have our next giveaway (and you can be sure that we will!), be the first to know by signing up to our email newsletter, following Taunton Bay on social media, or checking our blog for giveaway announcements.
