Shipping Policy

As stated in terms of service and our disclaimer, all orders placed Mon-Fri are shipped via USPS and FedEx.

These products are not available for shipment to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Montana, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Vermont, Kansas and Tennessee. Beginning 1-1-2027: Kentucky.  These Products are not available for shipment in the following counties, cities, and local areas: Sarasota County (FL), Dana Point (CA), Jurupa Valley (CA), Los Angeles (CA), San Mateo County (CA), Oceanside (CA), Temecula (CA), City of Orange (CA), Yolo County (CA). We do not ship internationally. We do not ship Kratom extracts or capsules to Ohio - plain leaf kratom only. Any Ohio resident attempting to order extracts will be contacted and have a full or partial refund/cancellation or place alternative order before shipment. 

Outside of postal holidays or severe weather all orders are expected to ship out when placed prior to 1pm EST same day Monday-Friday. Most orders placed outside of that timeframe will be shipped within 2 business days and arrive to customers within 3-7 business days, so please place your order accordingly.

 As of May 2026, we use FedEx for shipping unless specifically requested to use USPS.

 Tracking numbers are emailed to you only when your order is getting packed and ready for you and not immediate at checkout. To get emailed tracking number please make sure to provide your email when either creating your account or placing an order. 

Return and Refund Policy

 We do not offer guaranteed general returns, cancelations or refunds due to the nature of our products.

 If you have a complaint or issue with your order, we will offer a refund, partial refund, store credit, or replacement for returned products on a case-by-case basis within 10 days of you receiving your order.

 Holiday Return Window: 12/23 - 1/5 - you have up to 15 days to return unused or damaged products when ordering during this time due to potential extra processing time and shipping delays.

  If you have any problems with your order and wish to get it resolved, please contact us with all details of your order, including name on the order, email associated, and items that are damaged or unused.
