Shipping Policy

As stated in terms of service and our disclaimer, all orders placed Mon-Fri are shipped via USPS and FedEx.

These products are not available for shipment to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Vermont. Beginning 7/1/2026: Kansas and Tennessee. Beginning 1-1-2027: Kentucky.  These Products are not available for shipment in the following counties, cities, and local areas: Sarasota County (FL), Dana Point (CA), Jurupa Valley (CA), Los Angeles (CA), San Mateo County (CA), Oceanside (CA), Temecula (CA), City of Orange (CA), Yolo County (CA). We do not ship internationally. We do not ship extracts to Ohio - plain leaf kratom products only. Any Ohio resident attempting to order extracts will be contacted and have a full or partial refund/cancellation or place alternative order before shipment. 

Outside of postal holidays or severe weather all orders are expected to ship out when placed prior to 2pm EST same day but is no longer guaranteed. However most orders will be shipped within 2 business days and arrive to customers within 5-10 business days, so please place your order accordingly. As of May 2026, we use FedEx for shipping unless specifically requested to use USPS. Tracking numbers are emailed to you only when your order is getting packed and ready for you and not immediate at checkout. To get emailed tracking number please make sure to provide your email when either creating your account or placing an order. 

Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer general returns, cancelations or refunds. If you have a complaint or issue with your order it is possible we will offer a refund or partial refund depending however this is handled case by case. If you have any problems with your order and wish to try and get it resolved please contact us with all details on your order such as: name it was placed under, when order was placed and/or its order number on your invoice.
