Shipping Policy

As stated in terms of service and our disclaimer, all orders placed Mon-Fri are shipped via USPS and FedEx. Please note we don't ship products to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin; OR the following counties: Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Oceanside (California), Alton (Illinois), Jerseyville (Illinois), Edwardsville County (Illinois), Columbus (Mississippi), Union County (Mississippi), Ascension (Louisiana), Franklin (Louisiana), Rapides (Louisiana). Outside of postal holidays or severe weather all orders are expected to ship out when placed prior to 2pm EST same day but is no longer guaranteed. However most orders will be shipped within 2 business days and arrive to customers within 5-10 business days, so please place your order accordingly. USPS Priority does not come with a guaranteed delivery date, but is generally delivered within 2-5 business days. We have EXPEDITED SHIPPING available upon request, through phone order only when place BEFORE 12 pm EST Monday-Friday. Expedited shipping will give a money back guarantee if delivered later than expected delivery date and time, but is not guaranteed to be overnight. Most orders arrive within 1-2 business days, but can sometimes take 3-4 in more rural areas. Tracking numbers are emailed to you only when your order is getting packed and ready for you and not immediate at checkout. To get emailed tracking number please make sure to provide your email when either creating your account or placing an order. 

Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer general returns, cancelations or refunds. If you have a complaint or issue with your order it is possible we will offer a refund or partial refund depending however this is handled case by case. If you have any problems with your order and wish to try and get it resolved please contact us with all details on your order such as: name it was placed under, when order was placed and/or its order number on your invoice.
