Who Can Be An Affiliate?
Anyone can join our affiliate program! This is great for our everyday customers when you want to refer friends or co-workers to try out Taunton Bay Kratom.
We're also looking for content creators like bloggers, social media influencers, and others in the kratom space to help share our small family kratom business with the world!
What To Expect?
Once you sign up with your email and password, you'll be able to access your dashboard. First thing you'll want to do is add your "Pay To" information, including shipping address so we have that on file for when it's time to mail your commission check.
Can I Choose My Own Link & Code?
You can edit the automatically generated discount code to match your branding, but not the affiliate link - that will remain the same. You can however, copy/paste a product link from our website to create a specific affiliate link - perfect for sharing your favorite products with your friends and fans!
How Do The Links & Codes Work?
If a new customer clicks your link, it will automatically apply your code to their order, but they can simply skip the link and enter your code in the checkout instead. You'll still get a commission on the sale, and they'll get their discount!
How Much Is The Commision & Discount?
Both the commision and discount are set by us and are the same for all affiliates at this time.
New customers will receive a one-time 15% Off discount for their first order through your code and/or affiliate link. Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on their order total.
They will only work one time - customers cannot use the same code repeatedly for future discounts, and the commission is granted only for the first order that a new customer makes.
When Will Affiliates Get Paid?
We will check our database on the third (3rd) Friday of each calendar month. Any unpaid commissions of $5 or more (five dollars) will have a check printed and sent by USPS mail to the address on file. Commissions must be $5 or more to receive a check. Once you reach that threshold, you will be sent a check on the next payment date.
For example, you get 2 commissions of $4 during the last week of April and it's after April's 3rd Friday. You'll be sent your $8 check (or more, if more commission is earned before) on the 3rd Friday in May.
Rules For Affiliate Program
Our Affiliate Program is operated through ReferrLy, a 3rd-party app.

Affiliates cannot use their own links or codes to get discounts and earn commission. Commission will only be earned on the first order from the referred customer, and is not a recurring discount.
Affiliates must align with Taunton Bay Tea Co.'s brand and values. We reserve the right to turn down, cancel, or delete any affiliate's account, especially if they abuse the Affiliate program in any way. If an Affiliate is removed from our program, they will be paid for any earned commission and will be unable to join the program again.
