Veronika
Veronika is one of our co-owners at Taunton Bay Tea & Soap Co & NV Gifts, or sister shop. She's a hard-working and kind-hearted leader. She does everything here at Taunton Bay, including designing our line of soap bars and lotion. She loves crafts, spending time with her kids and grandkids, and enjoys decorating for the holidays. Can often be found rearranging the shop.
She's attended several meetings in Maine and other states to stop kratom bans or bills. She attended the DC Kratom Rally in 2016 & 2018. Veronika and her husband Derek out together the first Kratom Fest in August of 2018.

Norman is one of our co-owners at Taunton Bay Tea & Soap Co. & NV Gifts, our sister shop. He recently started his own line of men's personal care products called Captain Sullivan's. He's a local pastor at Ashville Community Church, a disabled retired AF veteran, and works locally to support LGBTQIA+ rights & awareness. Loves to work on his collection of cars! He's attended the DC Kratom Rally in 2016 & 2018, as well as several meetings with representatives & local leadership in Maine to help keep kratom legal.

Lisa is our Office Manager and our Quality Assurance Manager of 10+ years. She does it all - takes phone orders, keeps everything organized so Taunton Bay can run smoothly, she verifies samples for testing and ensures our clean packing area is up to our high standards!She loves spending time with her family, especially her kids and grandchildren. They spend a lot of time at their camp during summer, mostly swimming and fishing. In her free time, she also enjoys repurposing old furniture.

Nikki is our new Customer Service Manager & Shipping Manager. She answers your calls, emails, and sets up phone orders. She also makes sure your label gets printed and your orders get shipped each day Monday-Friday!Her name is Nichole, but she goes by Nikki. She spends all of her time with her two kids. They love fishing and four wheeling, as well as spending time with their family. She has two cats, Jax and Opie (named after Sons of Anarchy). She also enjoys concerts and getting tattoos - with over 40 and counting.
Alex is the lead in our Shipping Department and handles most of our Graphic Design needs for the last 6 years. All those fliers in your orders? All the cute little stickers? That's her! She also helps design our product labels and ensures any updates to labels happen. Alex loves her cats and the little family she's created here in Maine. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, she prefers the beauty and vastness of rural Maine. To here, it really is "The Way Life Should Be" (Maine's state slogan). She loves working at the shop and enjoys helping out our local community here in Sullivan.
Dillon is our Packing Room Manager of 9 years. Nearly every single package of your favorite kratom, capsules, herbs, and more is packed by him! He also oversees the packing room, product storage, and ensures, everything remains in tip top shape.
Dillon's passions include all things creative, including art and music. Much of his work has been in intensive, manual labor (especially as a concert stage hand) and has taken it's toll on his body after 20+ years. He enjoys many Taunton Bay products and says he couldn't live without his favorites. He aims to continue to better his life and live to the fullest!

Bekkah is our Webmaster and Marketing Manager of 12 years. You'll likely find her hiding in her office, dancing for TikTok videos, posting to our social media pages, on our live chat, and editing this website. Bekkah is a mom of 5 and wife of 15+ years. She loves makeup, Tank Girl, reading and writing romantasy novels. She's always participating in research, educating, and advocating for many causes, including Kratom Advocacy, Autism, Disability Rights, LGBTQIA+ Rights, and Lyme Disease treatment. She attended the DC Kratom Rally in 2016 and 2018, as well as led a kratom protest and education effort in her home state of Michigan in 2016.
Sheila is our Manager at NV Gifts. NV Gifts is our walk-in / brick-and-mortar store that focuses on unique Maine-made products, souvenirs for summer travelers, and gifting items. She ensures everyone who visits us in Maine or lives locally can pickup their their kratom, and that all visitors have a relaxing, unique shopping experience.
Sheila has lived in the area a long time and is a Downeast history buff. She loves her cats, sweater weather, and spending time with her family.
