Shipping policy

As stated in terms of service and our disclaimer all orders placed Mon-Fri are shipped via FedEx and USPS (USPS IS ONLY FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS). We also don't ship products to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin; OR the following counties: Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Oceanside (California), Alton (Illinois), Jerseyville (Illinois), Edwardsville County (Illinois), Columbus (Mississippi), Union County (Mississippi), Ascension (Louisiana), Franklin (Louisiana), Rapides (Louisiana).

 Outside of postal holidays or severe weather hindering our operations, all orders are expected to ship out when placed prior to 1pm EST same day. When placed after 1pm EST on a business day, orders are expected to ship within 1-2 business days. With FedEx 2-Day, most orders are delivered in 2-3 days. Every order is expected to arrive within 2-7 business days, so please place your order accordingly. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within 10 business days.

Missing Packages: We allow 10 business days for the tracking to update. If no updates are given within 10 days of the last scan or the date of print, we will investigate and take further steps, such as reshipping the package or offering a refund, discount, etc.

 Tracking numbers are emailed to you automatically once printed by our fulfillment staff. To access tracking numbers quickly, please make sure to provide your email when either creating your account or placing an order.
