Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation Policy:

 We only accept order cancellations for orders that haven't shipped at the time of request. Once a package leaves our shop, the order has been fulfilled and there is no way to stop it from shipping to the specified address. 

 We know accidents happen and things come up, so on a case-by-case basis, we may offer a refund upon the return of all items ordered. In that case, once we receive the items at our store, we will issue your refund. Refunds generally take 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
